- No partial refunds are provided for unused days in the current billing period

- New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 2 days (48 hours) of their initial purchase

- Refunds are not available for subscription renewals or periods beyond the first billing cycle
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method

- Custom model training and API services are final once work has commenced
