5. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

• Service IP: All content, software, graphics, and know-how comprising the Service (excluding User Content, as defined below) are the exclusive property of CraftAI WebToolsHub or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
• User Input: Any data, text, or prompts you input into the Tools ("User Input") remain your property. However, by submitting User Input, you grant CraftAI WebToolsHub a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and process that input solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you and improving the underlying models.
• Output Rights: CraftAI WebToolsHub generally disclaims any ownership claim over the direct output generated for you ("Output"), provided you have complied with all terms. You are granted a license to use the Output as intended by the Tool, subject to our right to review for compliance and safety.

6. Warranties and Service Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CRAFTAI WEBTOOLSHUB EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Due to the nature of AI technology, we do not guarantee that the output from any Tool will be completely accurate, error-free, complete, or suitable for critical decision-making. Users should independently verify any critical information derived from the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability (Under Indian Law)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE INDIAN LAW, CRAFTAI WEBTOOLSHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF CRAFTAI WEBTOOLSHUB EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ₹1,000 (ONE THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CraftAI WebToolsHub, its directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use and access of the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (India)

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
